Privacy & Analytics
Last updated: 17 October 2026.
This page explains measurement on cycle.agency and the contact routes provided by CYCLE. You can read the site, use its scorecard and copy its planning tables without accepting analytics cookies.
Website delivery and Cloudflare
Cloudflare delivers this website and provides Web Analytics for visits and performance. Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies and runs independently of the Google Analytics choice. Browser requests also reach Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their respective data handling.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics (GA4) measures visits, engagement, contact clicks and scorecard use. It sends limited measurements to Google before a cookie choice and when you choose “Without analytics cookies”. Choosing “Allow analytics cookies” permits analytics cookies for more detailed measurement. Ad storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled.
A previous choice to block Google Analytics completely remains respected until you explicitly choose a new option. Use the “Google Analytics settings” button on any page to review your choice. Withdrawing cookie consent deletes this site’s Google Analytics cookies and returns to limited measurement without those cookies; it does not stop Cloudflare Web Analytics.
What the site measures
Measurement uses the canonical page, referring website, safe campaign labels, contact method and button position. An article engagement event requires at least 30 seconds of active reading and reaching half of the article. A planning-table copy event records the table identifier only after copying succeeds. These actions are diagnostic signals; a contact click is not a received enquiry or a sale.
The site’s GA4 measurement code excludes arbitrary URL parameters and fragments, message text, email addresses, phone numbers, budgets, scorecard answers and clipboard contents. It sends a fixed list of event names and fields. Do not put personal information in campaign labels or URLs. Your browser still connects to the analytics providers, so those providers receive the network information needed to handle the request. See Google’s privacy policy.
The site also requests its Inter font from Google Fonts. Those font requests occur independently of the analytics choice; they do not load the Google Analytics tag. Google receives the network information for those requests.
Browser storage and retention
Your analytics preference is stored in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear site data. When analytics storage is allowed, session storage prevents repeated article-engagement and table-copy events for the same page in a tab session. It contains measurement flags, not copied content. Without that permission, these actions are limited once per loaded page using memory only; a reload can produce a repeat.
The GA4 resource is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The user-data timer resets with new activity. These settings do not set an expiry for all aggregated reports. Cloudflare applies its own retention rules; CYCLE does not promise that withdrawing cookie consent deletes measurements already received by either provider.
Contacting CYCLE
Email links open your email service. Telegram, X, LinkedIn and Calendly links take you to those services, which apply their own privacy and storage policies. The site has no enquiry submission form. Information you choose to send is used to respond and discuss the project. CYCLE may keep a minimal record of a real enquiry and its status in its private working CRM; analytics clicks do not create a CRM lead automatically.
For questions about this page, access to information you have sent, correction or deletion, contact hello@cycle.agency. Describe the request without sending passwords, API keys or other secrets. A request will be assessed against the information CYCLE can identify and any applicable retention obligations.
Scorecard and planning tables
Scorecard answers are processed in your browser. The site does not submit them to CYCLE. Copy buttons place the visible table in your clipboard when you request it. No heatmap or session-replay service is installed for this release.
